The community will have access to a newly designed state of the art hospital

DUBLIN, OH – February 11, 2020 – America Development & Investment (ADI), a leading healthcare real estate developer announced that construction has begun on Reunion Rehabilitation Hospital Dublin. Located on the corner of Emerald Parkway and Summer Drive, in Dublin, Ohio, the hospital will be an inpatient rehabilitation facility that cares for people with debilitating illnesses and injuries such as stroke and brain injury, as well as other complex neurological and orthopedic debilitating conditions.

“After a thorough analysis of the market, we felt that the Dublin community was the best location to build our new hospital,” said Jeffrey Jones, a partner in Reunion Rehabilitation Hospital Dublin. “Given its proximity to three of Central Ohio’s largest acute care hospitals, current medical presence, and the future plans in the area, we are excited about providing greater access for patients and look forward to serving the community.”

Patients will have their own private room in the 40-bed hospital. The custom-built hospital is being designed by Perkins & Will, a leading national and international healthcare architecture firm based in Dallas, Texas and will be managed by Nobis Rehabilitation Partners.

Reunion Hospital Dublin is one of many inpatient rehabilitation facilities ADI, Reunion and Nobis Rehabilitation Partners plan to develop across the country to serve patient needs.
