Neurological injuries

Reunion Rehabilitation Hospitals offer specialized treatment for patients whose neurological diseases have significantly affected their functional abilities.

How inpatient rehabilitation can help

Patients come to us with declining neurological functioning stemming from conditions such as Parkinson's, multiple sclerosis (MS), amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS, also known as Lou Gehrig's disease), and Guillain-Barré syndrome, as well as other related neurological or balance disorders.

With special training in the assessment and treatment of patients with neurological needs, our interdisciplinary teams, work together every day to create results-focused, individualized treatment programs that incorporate therapeutic modalities and best practices.

For our neurological rehabilitation services, the Reunion team uses a combination of physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy techniques with patients to help them increase their strength, mobility, endurance, speech, memory, and swallowing.

Our end goal? To get you back to community life with as much independence as possible.
