Eric Mueller

Market CEO for Reunion Phoenix and Reunion Peoria

As Market CEO for Reunion Phoenix Metro, Eric Mueller leads the clinical, financial, and operational teams at Reunion's Phoenix and Peoria hospitals to cultivate a collaborative and supportive workplace for employees and to provide exceptional care to every patient.

Mueller has over 15 years of leadership experience in inpatient rehabilitation and long-term acute care hospitals. Over the course of his career, he has held leadership positions in operations, marketing, and development throughout the US. In each of these positions, he invested in his team and changed employee culture, raising both employee satisfaction scores and retention.

Prior to joining the Reunion team, Mueller served as CEO of an inpatient rehabilitation hospital. As Market CEO of Phoenix Metro, he is committed to making Reunion Rehabilitation a provider and employer of choice in the greater Phoenix area by providing patients with the highest quality care possible and creating a culture that fosters employee development.

Mueller holds a master’s degree in healthcare administration from the University of South Carolina.

Shawn McCallum

CEO

As Reunion Rehabilitation Hospital Peoria CEO, Shawn McCallum leads the clinical, financial, and operational teams to cultivate a collaborative and supportive workplace for employees and to provide exceptional care to every Reunion patient.

McCallum has over 15 years of leadership experience in inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation and long-term acute care hospitals. Over the course of her career, she has held leadership positions in administrative and clinical operations throughout Arizona. In each of these positions, she has worked to improve hospital culture by holding staff accountable to their responsibilities and recognizing and rewarding them for positive performance results.

Prior to joining the Reunion team, McCallum served as the CEO of a rehabilitation hospital. She also served in supervisory nursing roles for over seven years where she received the Community Nursing Award for outstanding merit. As CEO of Reunion Peoria, she is committed to making Reunion Rehabilitation Hospital a provider and employer of choice in the Phoenix area by providing patients with the highest quality care possible and creating a culture that fosters employee development.

McCallum holds a master’s degree in nursing with an emphasis in nursing leadership from Grand Canyon University.

Terry Bagley, MD

Medical Director

As Medical Director of Reunion Rehabilitation Hospital Peoria, Dr. Terry L. Bagley manages each patient's medical rehabilitation from diagnosis to rehabilitation to their return to the community. Dr. Bagley has clinical expertise in managing a broad range of rehabilitative services, such as orthopedic surgeries, neurological injuries, spinal cord injuries, and other debilitating conditions.

Dr. Bagley is board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation. Before joining the Reunion Peoria team, he served as the medical director for a 40-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Surprise, Arizona.

Dr. Bagley earned his MD from the Medical College of Wisconsin and served for eight years as a physician in the U.S. Army.

Lori Ramage

Chief Therapy Officer

As Reunion Rehabilitation Hospital Peoria’s Chief Therapy Officer, Lori Ramage leads all therapy department operations, working with her team to optimize treatment outcomes and ensure patients and their families receive high-quality care and support.

Before joining Reunion Peoria, Ramage was a director of rehabilitation over two large acute care hospitals in the area. Over the course of her career, she has also served as a director of rehabilitation and facility operational lead of orthopedics over outpatient rehabilitation clinics, skilled nursing facilities, and acute care therapy centers.

Ramage holds a master’s degree in physical therapy from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. She is also Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified and passionate about process improvement.

Ronald Mogaka

Chief Nursing Officer

As Reunion Rehabilitation Hospital Peoria’s Chief Nursing Officer, Ronald Mogaka works to optimize employee engagement and patient experiences through clinical operations and supervision of the nursing, respiratory, and nutrition teams.

Mogaka brings over 20 years of nursing experience into his position at Reunion. He most recently served as the Chief Nursing Officer at a hospital in Phoenix, leading its nursing team and ensuring quality care. Throughout his career, Mogaka has held multiple healthcare roles in management, quality and compliance, and administration.

Mogaka holds a BSN from Western Governors University, as well as an MSN and RN license.


Tonya Mays

Director of Quality Management

As Director of Quality Management of Reunion Rehabilitation Hospital Peoria, Tonya Mays oversees all facets of quality and risk management, as well as patient safety.

Mays has over 30 years of diverse healthcare experience in nursing and administration. Before joining the Reunion Peoria team, she served as chief nursing officer for a rehabilitation hospital in Surprise, Arizona.

Mays holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Phoenix. As a nurse, she has earned both the Outstanding Nurse Professional award and the Arizona Healthcare Association award.

Teresa Goodson

Director of Business Development, Peoria

As Reunion Rehabilitation Hospital Peoria’s Director of Business Development, Teresa Goodson manages the marketing team and admissions processes. She also works alongside the CEOs and medical directors to build patient referrals and provide leadership and direction to the clinical liaison and admission teams.

Goodson brings nearly fifteen years of inpatient rehabilitation experience into her role at Reunion. Before joining Reunion Peoria, she served as an RN senior clinical liaison for an inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Scottsdale, Arizona. In that position, she was a team leader to the clinical and admission teams. She specifically focused on training and mentoring clinical liaisons and developing strategies to improve market awareness and increase patient referrals and admissions.

Goodson holds a master’s degree in health leadership as well as a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Western Governors University.
