What to expect
Before your transition to Reunion, we work directly with acute-care discharge planners to streamline your admissions process.
When you arrive, we’ll map out your treatment based on your unique needs, accounting for your age, the severity of your impairments, and any chronic health conditions you may have. We’ll work with you and your support system daily to help you meet recovery goals and achieve long-lasting outcomes.
